Queries and Returns

We hope you are delighted with your purchases.

However if you have any queries please contact us.

We accept returns as long they are returned to us in the original packaging unworn and undamaged within 21days if purchase.

We cannot for hygienic reasons accept returns of pierced earrings. 

Please contact us by email with 7 days, to receive a returns authorisation number. 

On receipt of the returned items as above we will credit you with the cost of your items. You are responsible for all postage costs, unless the items is received faulty.
